Traditional Batten Bar Covers

Designed to be closed and sealed with batten bars, this cover style has been the industry standard for over 50 years. Manufactured from high tensile strength fiberglass composite or H34 aluminum sheet and available to fit trough widths of 20, 24 and 30 inches, ATP offers the largest variety of conventional covers in the world.

We provide direct replacement parts for over 95% of the existing fleet and maintain inventory of common sizes to ensure quick turnaround on your orders. We also offer conversion kits to update cars with obsolete systems to current designs.

All ATP conventional covers feature wider gaskets to provide a better fit and a tighter seal to accommodate coamings that wander, particularly on older cars. In addition all are built with galvanized steel hinges and bumpers which stand up better to rugged use.
