Available in weld on or bolt on versions, the 30 x 30 AEROgate is recommended for most agricultural service sectors. The heavy duty bolt on frame utilizes the standard 66 hole bolting pattern while the weld on version has an extended flange option to allow for greater flexibility in fitting up to the hopper chute on older cars.
Manufactured with powder coating to protect against rust, these gates have high endurance UHMW wiper seals which eliminate many of the maintenance and contamination issues associated with brush or carpet seals and assist in cleaning commodity from the door slide as it is closed.
These AEROgates include the patented bearing tube spacers which reduce shaft deflection eliminating door plate skipping, our simple positive inertia automatic lock design, bronze glide rails resulting in low operating torque and meet the GEAPS specification.
To address potential clearance issues with indexing equipment, all 30 x 30 AEROgates are manufactured with a shorter operating shaft and earlier models with the standard shaft length can be easily field modified to the new design. For those customers with clearance concerns we offer a low profile version of the gate with an overall height of 7 ½”.
