At Aero Transportation Products we believe in backing up promises with performance.
We offered the first written warranties in the industry and still provide industry best standards of 5, 10 and 15 years of coverage on our products. All of our hatch covers and outlet gates are tested in house, to and beyond the American Association for Railroads rigorous performance standards. Additionally both our facilities are committed to following an M1003 level quality assurance plan. But since no test or plan is perfect if an ATP product does not meet your expectations, pick up a phone or send an email. You will receive a response including an action plan within 24 hours.
At ATP when you call, we answer. You won’t get voice mail. On the other end of your call will be a real live person who is trained to answer your questions, address your concerns and meet your needs. We maintain a large inventory of the most commonly required components allowing for quick turnaround on maintenance orders. And if occasionally we don’t have your parts in stock ready to package for shipment, you will be given an estimated ship date and kept appraised of when you can expect your order to arrive.
Our production lines were designed to meet the delivery requirements of large scale repair and high volume new car build programs. When needed, over a mile of hatch covers a day can be produced by ATP in a single shift and the combination of robotics and highly trained staff at our gate facility results in fast efficient production of multiple gate sizes simultaneously.
Need something special? We will also manufacture to order those odd covers sizes found on older cars. And if we can’t provide a direct replacement, we will work with you to create a conversion or retro fit kit to get the car back in service as cost effectively as possible. Or is something just not working the way you want it to? At ATP some of our best ideas come from working with customers to find new ways to deal with old problems– give our engineering department the chance to create a solution for yours.
